| as soon as we know the location from the Federation we can sort travel and accomodation. their will be some camping and perhaps others sharing travelodge rooms , we did this lat year and it did not cost very much at all. |

I'm going to go for the camping option. Well, actually sleeping in my car as per last year, cos it's soo comfy. Plus i'm guessing a lot of us will be going for the econo-option...plus, plus, I don't want to have to play daddy and tell Dick that he needs to sleep and stop shouting "Haaaaaarrrrrrrr" in my ear at 3am as he needs to play paintball tomorrow...
But this means: I can loan out two tents, PROVIDING that if they get damaged then i'm repaid for a new one.
One decent hardcore weatherproof two man tent with small porch
One lightweight summer Teepee tent, one-man.
Obviously Fuel costs should be distributed between drivers. I *should* have roof racks on my HR-V by then, so I will be able to take me +3 with most (unhighly valuable stuff) luggage riding on top. |

| I have a 4 man tesco tent, that can store 2 people and their kit... It's not particularly valueable to me so i'm willing to lend it if need be, and if it gets damaged then oh well |

Not a bad idea... Though i think theres some sort of law against shooting at people with live rounds

I'll just carry a tent around as a bunker... 
I am looking to get a training session, 2nd to lest week in August. This might all fall to a last minute organisation....but i'm hoping to be all over it from here on in. Will talk to Dave on the weekend and see what the score is..
